The prompt is released here, on the What’s New blogroll at 12pm Monday. Members then have until 23.59pm Wednesday to post their completed story to the relevant thread in the forum [please add one if there isn't one already](60 hours to write and submit your story).

From midnight Thursday all board members can then comment on the entries – if 2 or more entries are added a poll will be created for voting.

If members want to remain anonymous please PM your entry, on the forums,  to kirstyes.

The winning entry will be eligible for publication in the Slingink magazine and the winner will be announced here.

The prompt this week  is: Write a story about what happens when somebody sleepwalks.

OK – I know I said that the magazine would be released midday but I wasn’t sure how long it would take for things to ‘go live’ but for early birds you can nip along now. Just please don’t order the print version until I’ve approved it (I’ll remove the message on lulu and let you know on here – I’ve ordered the proof copies today so hopefully won’t be too long).

And as a bonus secret surprise the Slingink Shorts 2010 Anthology  – Anti-clockwise named after Nina Simon’s winning entry has been released too (same applies for print copies).

Slingink All Shorts Edition 1

Will be released on Monday 16th August at Lulu.com (virtual launch at 12pm).

It will be available in PDF to download for free.

Option to purchase hardcopy edition to follow (once I’ve checked the proof copy).

From Monday Frantic Fiction will now be released at 12pm – closing day/time still Wed 23.59pm.

Winning stories will now be eligible to be published in the Slingink Magazine.
