Poetry and Fiction.
Age categories – 8-11, 12-15, 16+
One entry per category per person.

The prompt is released here, on the What’s New blogroll at 12pm Monday. Members then have until 23.59pm Wednesday to post their completed story to the relevant thread in the forum (60 hours to write and submit your story).
From midnight Thursday all board members can then comment on the entries – if 2 or more entries are added a poll will be created for voting.
If members want to remain anonymous please PM your entry, on the forums, to kirstyes.
The winning entry will be eligible for publication in the Slingink magazine and the winner will be announced here.

Frantic Fiction Winner 7th June
Apologies for the delay in announcing this.
The winner of the 7th of June Frantic was Mattspop with his story ‘Ambushed’.
Congratulations – the story will be added to the forum library.
From Monday Frantic Fiction will now be released at 12pm – closing day/time still Wed 23.59pm.
Winning stories will now be eligible to be published in the Slingink Magazine.

Slingink Shorts 2010 – Winners
Who cares about the World Cup winners when it is time to announce the winners of Slingink Shorts 2010.
Our judge this year Hywela Lyn had a tough decision to make but she chose the following three prize winners and picked her top ten stories (finding it difficult to limit herself to just ten). Congratulations to the winners and to everyone that entered.
1st Nina Simon with Anti-clockwise (winning £50, publication on Slingink and a free copy of the anthology which will be named after her winning entry)
